Edmit is a venture-backed company focused on transforming the way students and families make financial decisions about college through educational content, software, and advising. We aggregate data related to college costs, financial aid and scholarships, and post-graduation earnings and debt to give a comprehensive financial picture of higher education options.

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to help us grow the impact of our partnerships with employers and financial institutions by driving awareness and adoption of Edmit within their channels through creative and effective campaigns.

This role reports to one of Edmit’s co-founders.

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

* Support our B2B channel efforts through content marketing, collateral, events, and relationship building
* Work directly with senior marketing, communications, and product leaders at our partners to educate customers and employees about Edmit and drive adoption
* Create the strategy for co-branding our product and our partner marketing playbook - our formula for what makes a successful partnership
* Build strong relationships with our partners' internal communications teams to influence the marketing strategy through channels such as intranet, email, and visits on site
* Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our B2B channel, including calls to action, A/B testing, funnel conversions, etc.


* Has a playbook that can implement on day 1
* Knowledge and understanding of how to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively - balancing confidence, humility, and diplomacy
* Experience engaging cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and launch new marketing initiatives
* Deep experience with B2B partnerships and channel marketing
* Experience developing a B2B voice that speaks to corporate leaders as well as a B2C voice for parents and families, and an ability to generate creative content that speaks to both audiences
* An understanding of general B2C demand gen (call to actions, how to drive a funnel from different channels, campaign management, etc.)
* Experience developing brand and voice for a product or program
* Experience with field and event marketing is a plus

* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do everything from strategy to implementation
* Experience with Hubspot or other email marketing automation platform
