Role Mission

This role’s mission is to ensure our customers get the most value out of EdApp everyday. Along with our global marketing and account management team, you will foster strong relationships with our large enterprise clients, helping them deliver their learning programs across APAC.

EdApp is a new mobile learning management system designed for today’s digital habits. With up to 40,000 lessons completed on EdApp everyday, we are in the exciting stages of scaling and establishing ourselves as the go-to platform for learning worldwide. We partner with heads of L&D and senior divisional heads of global organisations to help them deliver more engaging and effective micro-learning - throughout US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

A bit about the role… 

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to take full ownership of a set of clients. We want someone who is passionate about providing great experiences to our clients, but also the people using our platform. On any given day, your responsibilities might include:

* End to end customer relationship management 
* Interfacing with clients to understand program goals and/or changes to existing programs
* Checking to ensure that all client programs are on track to deliver to their program goals, in scope and on time
* Identifying opportunities for future growth with existing clients 
* Building proposals or SOWs from new business
* Overseeing the development of learning content with Developer and Content Teams to execute on larger programs
* Managing a small cross functional team providing focus and direction to ensure effective delivery. 
* Manage the operational “middle-ground” between many day-to-day and ad hoc tasks whilst still keeping sight of the big-picture goals

* You have a strong, goal-oriented work ethic and are proactive in your approach to tasks
* You are a great planner with great attention to detail
* You have strong communication skills
* You are eager to learn and grow
* You are  technically inclined and eager to roll up your sleeves to get into the product in order to better understand it and problem-solve on behalf of clients
* You are  highly empathic, with a focus on deeply understanding a clients’ needs and a driven problem-solver
* You have experience with scoping and budget management
