Responsibilities and Duties
Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery. Be responsible for course design, timeliness, quality of content and team management.
Plan, create, optimize, drive and execute the content strategy aligning with short-term and long-term of marketing targets and rest of the organization.
Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of the content present on the website and resources available to learners.
Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills quickly.
Collect feedback from customers, sales, account management, and to guide meaningful content creation that constantly improves our storytelling capabilities.
Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports, handle data collection and coordination with other teams.
Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tone across the buyer's journey.
Define and measure content KPIs that drive continuous optimization and improvement.
Track outcomes of each learner, map them to their goal specific exit role, analyse and predict their future performance.
Collaborate with the Corporate Relations Team to recommend students for job openings and share information about employability.
Research on the best practices in online content creation and delivery and help institutionalize those practices at Eckovation
Training of internal and freelancer content creators at Eckovation
Qualifications and Skills
Clear communicator: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
Explorer: The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data; define and work on multiple tasks and complete work within deadlines. Self-starter attitude is a must!
Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
A high bar across the board: From your own contributions to the people, you work with, to the products you work on
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong Excel/data management skills, proficient in Office Suite.
Strong project management skills
0-2 years experience in Online Education (taken a course and earned a certificate/ worked on an online course/ worked on an online educational platform)
Graduate (B.Tech is a must. CSE/IT/Post graduates are preferable) from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges
