Role Description:

Reporting to the Echobox Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager owns, defines and executes the digital marketing strategy across paid and owned digital channels. They contribute to revenue generated from both new and existing customers by developing effective lead generation, inbound marketing, conversion optimisation and user communications campaigns.

You will have a passion for B2B performance marketing, digital marketing innovation and achieving real results from campaigns. You will be highly organised, with real attention to detail and the ability to grasp new tech quickly. You will be comfortable with an analytical, data- and technology-led marketing approach to maximise channel and content performance.

You will have a proven track record of generating quality inbound leads and turning them into paying customers. A self-starter, you will pose new ideas and be able to switch between different aspects of the digital marketing strategy at pace.


Drives marketing customer acquisition plan across digital awareness and conversion campaigns. This includes testing and optimisation of biddable and display channel funnels including AdWords, native advertising, and paid social.

Analyses marketing activity, audience and competitor activity to provide insights to improve performance, conversion and LTV. Oversees cost per lead and ROI analysis.

Conducts agile testing of content, channels and landing pages to improve success.

Manages the website development, testing and conversion optimisation plan

Develops eCRM strategy, including lead nurturing, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns

Works closely with the Content Marketing Manager to distribute content across paid and owned channels

Oversees media plans and provides guidance on targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy, messaging strategy and experience design

Proactively suggest campaign changes and designs to produce continual performance improvement

Achieve best practice benchmarks for the website, in terms of converting traffic to leads

Define and execute targeted email campaigns

Manages buying-cycle and conversion reporting

Works closely with sales ops team to ensure smooth handover and tracking of qualified leads to sales via CRM and integrations

Executes account-based marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline for strategic accounts

Responsible for optimising website SEO performance and managing web development resource accordingly

Executes campaigns across multiple markets, sectors and regions.

Academic Requirements

- A degree from a reputable university
- Fluent written and spoken English

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience in marketing a B2B Tech or SAAS business
- Advanced biddable media and website optimisation skills - this role will involve experimentation and improvement to our paid activity, landing pages and conversion mechanics.
- Good knowledge of modern digital B2B marketing methods, metrics and typical management tools eg CRM, Marketing Automation etc.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- A marketing qualification
- Experience in Wordpress, Optimisation & A/B testing, HTML, Google Analytics, AdWords, Paid Social platforms (eg: LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads etc) and SEO
-Knowledge of operations automation, attribution best-practice, lead processing and database management
