Administrative Intern

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our Administrative Intern Programme. The ideal candidates will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Selected candidates will be supporting on a rotational basis across five teams in Hong Kong.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide daily support across all functions: Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Experience hands-on day to day business challenges and projects to develop your technical and general management skills in the areas of interest
Work closely with the sales, marketing and operations team to conceptualise and execute revenue growth plans
Proactively manage relationship with key merchant accounts.
Present convincing business cases to demonstrate clear value to these potential restaurant partners
Manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Have a genuine interest in the e-commerce and start up industry.
Fluency in Cantonese & English
Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
