The Clinical Research Manager is critical in the development and implementation of clinical testing and studies including the management of study data. They will write protocols, case report forms, and consent forms. They will also ensure adherence to SOPs, protocols, good clinical practice and regulations. The Clinical Research Manager will develop and implement key processes, procedures, and programs with the Clinical Research department.
Plan and oversee the testing and studies under the Clinical Research group
Develop protocols, case report forms, and informed consent forms for testing and studies
Develop and manage research processes and procedures
Ensure thorough documentation of projects at all stages
Participate in the implementation of studies and testing
Perform basic statistical analysis on data
Work with outside statisticians on data as required
Design and implement processes to ensure data integrity and patient data safety
Help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, protocols, and standard operating procedures
Work with outside study sites as required
Present research data to internal and external parties
Bachelors or Masters in Science, Clinical, Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of experience in clinical research at CRA or higher level
Experience in experimental design
Experience in statistical analysis and management of clinical data
Experience in management of studies
Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills
Experience developing protocols, CRFs, study reports
Medical device and/or hearing-related experience a plus
