We are on the lookout for a few Delivery Analyst’s to join the team
The transformation team is on hand for every hospital that uses the DrDoctor Platform to ensure they get the most out of it. At DrDoctor we want every installation of our platform to deliver the best possible results at every hospital, without exception. We help our partner hospitals through every step of the way. Over many years, we have come to be experts not only in delivering technology but also in transforming hospital services from the ground up.
You must be an exceptional planner, do-er and people person. You get how to make things happen in a large organisation and take pleasure in efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Work to drive forward business processes within a fast-paced start up environment
Data analysis and problem solving to support project delivery
Training customers in ongoing use of the DrDoctor solutions
Running engagement days with client teams to ensure understanding of project aims
Project management of large-scale transformation projects, predominantly within acute NHS trusts
Supporting upselling and new project sales through data analysis and preparation of proposals
Working closely with client teams to implement DrDoctor software solutions and support with change management
Gathering insight from clients in order to inform broader business improvement across product design, client services and sales functions

We save the NHS millions of pounds each year and are currently deployed across 22 major hospitals around the UK including Guy’s and St Thomas’ & Great Ormond Street. With over 7 million patients active on the platform already, we’re on a journey to deliver the tools to radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams and tax payers.

Hi, my name is Tove and I am a Service Designer. I have been with DrDoctor for 2 years. There are a lot of things I love about DrDoctor, but fundamentally the healthcare sector is a fascinating and rewarding place to work. The challenge? Managing the intersection between human needs and the needs of a huge organisation under immense pressure. To have a successful career at DrDoctor you must have an ability to really dig in, pull through, and get things done!
OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?
We fully expect that you will need time to develop in your role and we are committed to supporting every step. However, some key skills are:
Improvement management or system implementation background an advantage
NHS knowledge is a definite benefit, but not essential
Personable and tenacious in equal measure
Exceptional reasoning skills
You must be able to understand the technical side of what we do
