Along with our accelerated growth in North America , we’re strengthening our sales team based in New York City. We’re now looking for B2B Solutions Sales Managers to join our ranks!

In your role, you’ll sell to companies in North America that belong to our ideal customer profile in Architecture, Engineering and Construction. You’ll build your own pipeline, and you have sole responsibility of your own sales targets. You will have at least 30 meetings with different companies in a month, with an average sales cycle of 45 days. Your home base will be in Drawboard's New York City office on 5th Avenue.

The position is especially fitting for those with 3-5 years of past experience in solution sales, with an interest in software sales and technology. Past experience with customers in the design and construction industries and experience managing a sales team are preferred.

You will be part of Drawboard's largest market area together with an existing team.

We're looking for a "get your hands dirty" attitude and want you to show how you can add more hot leads, and how you can be creative to convert them.

As a Sales Manager at Drawboard, you will...

- Join a growing team looking to strengthen their presence in the North American Architecture,
Engineering and Construction tech market.
- Drive new business revenue in the region and position Drawboard as a leader and go-to technology partner within the industry.
- Build a strong personal and team sales pipeline through active prospecting, sales sequencing,
networking and nurturing qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales campaigns that that cut through the noise and
engage prospects
- Schedule and deliver demos face-to-face and online that clearly communicate
Drawboard's value and present a solution
- Be a product expert and close deals
- Help scale up sales capability and capacity within the team.
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies together with Drawboard HQ
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure
success in North America.

We're definitely looking for you, if you...

- Have prior startup experience and you thrive in a fast paced growth environment
- Have a minimum three years of successful experience in a quota-carrying sales role within a B2B software sales organization
- Have managed a SaaS sales team and had exposure to the design and construction industry
- Are a strong relationship builder and networker with an understanding of business and project challenges
- Have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to win
- Are able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
on an as-needed basis.
- Are self-motivated and hungry to deliver

Your preferred start date is February 3, 2020.

First interviews will be arranged between January 6 - January 10, with hiring decision aimed to be made by January 24
