We are looking for new team members to grow our customer base in the US. This is a full time position based in our new office in New York City.

You will be part of the company's first dedicated BD/sales team outside Australia, so there will be plenty of scope, creativity and opportunity to apply yourself. You can help define and create our sales strategy and we're looking for a hands dirty attitude.

We have an enormous leads list already, some cold, some warm. We want you to show how you can add more hot leads, and how you can be creative to convert them.

As a Business Development Manager at Drawboard, you will:
- Join a growing team looking to strengthen their presence in the Architecture,
Engineering and Construction market.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, sales sequencing,
networking and nurturing qualified leads in USA, Canada and Europe.
- Prepare and deliver sales campaigns that that cut through the noise and
engage prospects
- Schedule and deliver demos that clearly define and communicate
Drawboard's value
- Be a product expert and close deals
- Drive the development and execution of winning sales strategies and
actionable plans across Architecture, Engineering and Construction
Industries with up-to-date market and competitive insights.
- Represent and position Drawboard as a thought leader and go-to technology
partner within the industry.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure
success in North-America and Europe.
- Help scale up sales capability and capacity within the team.

We're definitely looking for you, if you...
- Have prior Startup experience and you thrive in a fast paced growth
- You are an experienced sales professional operating with prior experience
with SaaS products
- Have 2 - 5 years experience in a SaaS based sales role
- Have had exposure to Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English (fluency in other
major languages is a plus).
- Are able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
on an as needed basis.
- Are hungry to deliver

What we offer:
Salary package of $75k – $125k based on experience
