Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Full-Time Position in Seattle, WA (or remote locations across US)

Downstream is a unique software solution that uses advanced analytics and machine learning to programmatically manage and optimize search marketing campaigns on Amazon.com. Founded by Amazon veterans in marketing and software development, Downstream aims to be the preferred self-service partner for Amazon advertisers. We are growing rapidly, and looking for motivated sales professionals to build with us.

What you will be doing?
The Market Development Representative will drive Downstream’s outbound sales efforts. The Sales Development Representative will take the lead with prospect outreach & drive demo registrations, and engage decision makers to make next steps with Sales Leadership.

● SDR Responsibilities:
○ Execute outbound prospecting sales motions to find, contact, and engage prospective decision makers interested in evaluating Downstream software.
○ Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.
○ Work collaboratively with Sales teams and support them in reaching their targets.
○ Use expert knowledge in CRM to ensure accounts, leads, and opportunities are accurate.
○ Ability to process high volume of calls and emails.

● Qualifications:
○ Bachelor's Degree
○ Ability and comfort cold calling prospects
○ Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions.
○ Experience with SFDC
○ Experience in Microsoft Office Applications
○ 2+ years of experience in Outbound Sales Environment

● Additional Preferred Qualifications
○ Experience with performance advertising/SaaS sales
○ Passion for Amazon products and platforms
○ Experience with startups or technology company
○ Experience in the advertising industry or digital marketing
