Dovetale is backed by Expa Capital including the founders of Uber and Foursquare.

As we grow and scale Dovetale, we are seeking a director who can drive and refine our go-to-market approach. The role will span high-level strategy to aspects of everyday sales tactics; you will work closely with the Dovetale leadership team to achieve consensus on key issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a pipeline of inbound/ outbound leads to identify, recruit, develop prospective customers and partners, close deals from start to finish
- Process, review and execute contracts with new and existing clients
- Maintain high levels of prospecting activity and the ability to quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with prospective resellers
- Regularly report on results - lead quantity, quality, revenue, etc.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with technology and product teams to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

You will need to have:

- Exceptional consultative selling skills and closing skills
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Facility with Hubspot, GSuite and MS Office Suite
- A positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for your successes as well as your failures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Bonus: Previous experience selling to customers on Shopify
