Dose is a market research and services company that uses data to inform, inspire and create meaningful marketing insights and creative strategies for digital and brands. We have some of the best talent in the industry, and we’re looking to add to it! We're looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our Execution team. The Execution team is responsible for interacting with existing and potential clients to deliver smart data-backed campaigns. The Campaign Analyst position is critical to ensuring each campaign achieves optimal success in terms of social reach, statistical validity, actionable insights and client KPIs.

The Gig:
- Analyzing data from a marketing perspective: We’re all about discovering those “a-ha” moments for brands. Our true deliverable is the strong qualitative conclusions and recommendations we provide a brand. These insights inform effective marketing strategies, product positioning and more. We’re looking for someone who can confidently and creatively make strong data-backed conclusions.
- Asking the right questions and strategizing alongside a brand's needs: Our testing strategy answers a brand’s most important marketing and product questions by talking to their customers where they live—on social. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to problem-solve, strategize and challenge assumptions to make sure we’re running the most effective test possible.
- Finding new innovative ways to present our insights: Our reports arm brands with smart, data-backed recommendations to inform future campaigns. They’re less about providing raw numbers, and all about weaving together a strong, cohesive story. We’re looking for someone who can bring new ways to visualize our data and someone who can craft a story out of data sets and trends.

The Day-to-Day:
- Brainstorm with the team to scope smart campaign strategies
- Post and monitor social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Programmatic (primarily through Facebook Ads Manager)
- Analyze and improve campaigns based on key metrics
- Identify new opportunities and strategies to deliver the best results
- Build client reports that inform and meet client and team standards
- Complete comprehensive reports on both weekly progress and special campaigns
- Develop new strategies and products based on client needs
- Develop relationships with clients, pitching new work and retaining existing customers
- Identify additional opportunities to expand existing and future campaigns

- Good statistical, math and analytical skills
- Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for creating actionable narratives from dataStrong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and under tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of how Facebook works and experience with Facebook Ad Manager preferred
- Passion for social media
