The Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Our CEO is in need of a rockstar assistant with a desire to be part of a growing organization. The candidate we are looking for is a tech savvy person with incredible communication skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and a drive to create. This individual will be an integral part of the Dormigo team, acting as an extension of our CEO.

- Manage the CEO’s calendar and time, coordinate, prioritize and assist with company initiatives
- Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, as appropriate
- Maintain routine correspondence and follow up on open issues on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively act accordingly
- Keep an extremely high level of privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense reporting
- Assist with HR activities (hiring, payroll, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of company headquarters (order snacks, drinks, coffee (VERY important), office supplies, tidy up, dust, etc.)
- Process mail and bills
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Very high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to confidently work autonomously with limited direction and undefined procedures
- Proven organizational, planning, prioritizing and multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extremely personable and friendly personality
- Dedicated work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to occasionally work some late evenings, some early mornings, and some weekends on an as needed, ad-hoc basis

Bonus points for
- Startup experience
- Proficiency in Slack and/or Asana
- Previous experience and/or education in business operations & hospitality
