As customer training specialist, your task is to make our customers successful. You will act both as an advocate for our product and a champion for our customers by communicating with them across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution

Attracts potential clients and customers by answering product and service questions

Troubleshoot and solve platform-related issues for customers

Strong understanding of the Domum Link platform and solutions we offer

Fulfill customer requests quickly and effectively

Establish strong, lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders

Open to part-time


Qualifications

2 + years in a customer support / customer service role

Bilingual : French and English (Oral & Written)

Experience working in the software industry a major plus

Well-versed with Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS, and other OS platforms

Autonomous and takes initiative

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flawless execution; working collaboratively with cross-functional team.

Exemplary time-management client-management skills
