We're looking for someone to help us transform one of Germany's biggest online banks into a tech bank! 

As our company grows exponentially, its time to not just focus on getting new team members on board, but to also develop the ones who have joined us already. You as our new Personnel Developer (f,m,x) will be responsible to create a strategy to support existing and new employees to develop their hard and soft skills further. By implementing this strategy, you can help our employees identify their own strengths and potentials, but also where further development might be needed. Your possibilities are of course not limited to individuals - creating a learning culture should be one of your major achievments. If you can even think of preparing your own workshops - great. If you could imagine coaching Leads and Managers as well - even better.

We believe that the core of career development should be constructive feedback at the same eye-level. Creating a feedback where helpful feedback is provided and received, where feedback sessions are well prepared and followed up is another cornerstone of your responsibilities. You will own it.

Your Responsibilities:
* Draw a map of our existing competencies and skills.
* Identify individual need for further development and organize access to necessary trainings.
* Create a professional development concept from scratch by using our company values as cornerstone.
* Establish a feedback culture including the preparation and follow-up of every cycle.
* Select and implement necessary tools for your area of expertise.
* Measure your success and learn from your failures.
* Provide coaching for employees, leaders and the management.
* Support the on- and off boarding of our employees.
* Organize workshops or develop your own formats.
* Raise your voice when forging our company culture.

What you bring to the table:
* Ideally, you've received formal education in psychology, HR, social studies or related fields. You haven't? Cool, tell us your story.
* You've gained a few years of practical experience from growing companies.
* You have already set up successfully structures for professional development and feedback.
* Ideally, you've seen startups from the inside, but can imagine how different a corporate startup can be.
* You are great in bringing people together.
* You know how to enforce a culture.
* You balance parties though mediation in conflicts.
* You take responsibility.
