We're a new, venture-backed FinTech looking to expand our team to keep pace with our rapid growth after recently completing our Series A capital raise led by ANZ bank.

You will be joining a tight-knit, product focused team that love understanding and solving customer problems. We are nimble, experimental, customer obsessed, and down to earth.

We’re based in a brand new, fully refurbished office space in Surry Hills, only a 5 minute walk away from Central station and all of the varied food and drink that Surry Hills has to offer.

Your new role:

Are you looking to work for an early stage company where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business on a daily basis? Do you want to be a core team member in a high-growth FinTech startup?

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer support and success effort and to help as many SMEs as possible to streamline their business expenses. This is a diverse customer first role that has the scope to include content marketing, sales and product depending on your areas of interest.

As DiviPay's first Customer Success hire you will primarily be responsible for:

- Owning all in-bound customer communication channels including emails, chat, calls and social media
- Being the go-to person and advocate for all things customer related - customer queries, product suggestions and feedback
- Intimately understanding the product to guide customers through any challenges
- Collecting feedback directly from customers and working with the engineering team to continuously improve the product
- Holding the team accountable to customer Service Level Agreements
- Working with the Head of Growth to seamlessly transition SMEs from Sales to Success
- Developing outbound email content announcing new product features, company updates and other content of interest
- Managing, growing and nurturing our current portfolio of customers

Important skills and experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in dealing with customers in a B2B or retail environment
- An understanding of accounting concepts and practices
- A curious mind and strong work ethic
- Bachelors qualification with 1-3 years work experience
- Ability to stay organised, prioritise, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Genuine resilience and comfort with change. As we grow, new challenges appear which require creativity, boldness and a willingness to take on responsibilities

We'd love it if you have:

- Experience using accounting software like Xero or MYOB
- Experience building or working at a fast-growing technology start-up
- A frustration with the status-quo of business expenses (if you’ve ever used your own money to pay for business expenses this shouldn’t be hard!)

What's in it for you?

- Opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing, venture-backed startup at an early-stage
- Leadership role within a collaborative, highly-regarded FinTech company
- Scope to extend the role into other functional areas including sales, marketing, operations or product depending on your interest
- Opportunity to execute on an ambitious vision of rethinking the delivery of financial services
- Competitive salary of $50-80K depending on experience (Australian Dollars)
