Discover Consultancy is looking for an energetic, driven and ambitious business developer & salesperson that thrives in a startup environment. We want someone excited to help individuals grow and prosper through training and consulting! The compensation is commission-based and you can work in your own time and, of course, remotely too!

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying leads in our target industries to build robust customer prospect lists, generating leads through research and connections
- Reach out to 15-30 prospects each day, prioritizing those who best match our customer profile
- Maintaining diligent records in a CRM
- Achieving and outperforming quarterly goals
- Retaining and expanding existing accounts (monthly retainer clients)
- Executing a Sales Plan that incorporates: sales strategies and identification of high potential markets, new business development strategy and existing account penetration plans.
- Developing and fulfilling individual sales plans that outline monthly revenue objectives by the distinct services and weekly activity objectives.
- Negotiating contracts with new clients as well as maintaining relationships with key contacts in large accounts.
- Providing accurate sales forecast to establish annual budgets and to plan for additional resources needed to achieve corporate goals.
