2.Then it identifies the right person to alert using influencer scoring. It then sends an alert via SMS, Social messenger, integration with Call Center, CRM, email, etc. to the best person who can support the target person in need. We call that person the "Influencer". In the SMS and social scenario, the recipient can have some interaction with the Distro bot if they require more context on the person they are being asked to support.
3. Distro measures the action of the influencer and the resulting change in the behavior of the target and tracks new revenue as a result.
4. Distro's algos continue learning and refining profiles, while our product team runs rapid testing to improve performance.
5. All of this performance and other insights are reported on a dashboard including $s in the bank due to Distro's interactions.
