We, at Digital Trons, are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Lead to join our growing team!

This position is focused on enhancing our existing client base, targeting small, medium, and large enterprises in need of software development services. Primary responsibilities will include originating new potential business opportunities and developing client relationships, working alongside our core team to continuously maximize our company’s performance.

Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management is an advantage, though the ability to work hard and deliver is a must. Further, a sound understanding of technology, specifically software development services, will certainly benefit you in this role. You should be able to research a particular market, identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and move the deal to close with our technical team’s support. Native English fluency is required, and proficiency in USA market is a bonus.

This role is commission-based with fixes salary/cash to start, allowing you to work remotely according to your own schedule, though full time opportunities will be available pending success within the first few months. More senior opportunities within the organization are also available at Digital Trons over the coming months, as we are growing fast and looking for people to help drive our vision.

This position is a good fit if you are interested in working alongside a small but growing global organization, with a knack for learning fast and a skill for developing new networks.

Our leadership team is located in Atlanta but development team is located in India. Candidate will work very closely with our CTO in Atlanta however engage with team in India as needed basis.
