We’re on the hunt for a Influencer Marketing Manager to join the DIGITAL STREAMERS team in our London office - in Kings Cross!
A day in the life of an Influencer Strategist
As our Influencer Strategist you’ll own and optimise our database of influencers, ensuring the teams have easy access to information on all the influencers we work with, from fashion and lifestyle to beauty. Working closely with our Account Management team, you’ll get the chance working with global brands & high profile influencers.
As part of a young, dynamic media agency with offices London, we develop new formats, create content and operate different online platforms and channels.
Further parts of the media agency, we organise events and manage Influencers as well as young talents.
Your tasks with include:
Develop coherent social media strategies and campaigns for brands
Put together publishing plans and help us to execute influnecer activities
Creation, supervision and strategic development of our influencer accounts
Community management, analysis and performance reportings
Coordinate projects with partners, brands and agencies – your ideas and stories will be seen by an audience of over 205 million
Brand & Account Management
Sourcing and managing the influencer outreach to expand the DS database
Creating pitch decks for influencers and clients
Develop their strategy for clients
Plan and manage events
Managing initial inbound enquiries from influencers and/or brands
Reporting, Budgets & Measurement
You will ensure that everything we delivers aims to have a positive business impact and be responsible for evaluating ROI, as well as tracking the development of key brand metrics.
You will work on budgets across PR, Production, Partnerships and Content, and be responsible for monitoring these on a regular basis, to ensure they are on track
Responsibilities
Own and optimise all information of our network of influencers
Gather data, including influencer specialisms, prices, audience, contact and management information
Use data to create proactive shortlists of influencers, easy for our Account Managers to access
Hold and manage all information on influencer contracts and agreements
Help DS to build a community of influencers through relationship-building events and networking opportunities
Requirements
You’re amazing at:
Being proactive — you’ll be a self-starter who can juggle several tasks at once
Organisation — you’ll be in a fast-paced environment and you can handle pressure
Analysing data - you’ll have a head for numbers and process information in a logical way
Spreadsheets and systems - tech-savvy and know your way around a spreadsheet & creation eye-catching powepoints
All things social — you’re up to speed with the world of influencer marketing and ahead of industry trends
