EVENT PROGRAMME COORDINATOR - BEAUTY EVENT

Digital Streamers are looking for an event organisers to join their team.
We are preparing a very large Beauty Event; with household names as sponsors. We are looking for a confident and competent person to organise and manage events.


The role:


Organising and running events from initial customer contact right through to the end of the event
The first and main contact for all event enquiries
Provide profitable party packages for all types of events
Responsible for increasing sales by promoting the party spaces we can offer
Liaising with all on site managers to talent/influencers
Liaising with directors on a weekly basis to report sales/upcoming events/promotions
Occasional social media updates
The candidate must have:


Strong organisational skills – giving the customer total confidence
Strong communication skills – be able to liaise with the customer through clear and concise emails, phone calls and meetings
At least one year experience of event organising in a similar environment
An enthusiastic, energetic and friendly personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Good influencer/social media & beauty & fashion knowledge and ideally be aware of current beauty & fashion trends
