Design Like Whoa! is seeking a highly organized, creative, and energetic Client Support Associate to join our small team. You are passionate about trends, good design, casual wear, and creating an amazing customer experience.

What You'd Be Doing |

You'll be providing amazing customer service in-person, through email, and on the phone. You are very structured and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy pleasing customers while closing deals. You'll work to build strong rapport with clients, who are some of the largest tech companies around, emerging Bay Area brands, and San Francisco locals. You're driven, entrepreneurial, client-service focused and have a strong desire to grow into a management position.

At Work You |

- Interface with new and existing leads via email, phone, and in-person
- Answer inquiries about the products and services we offer in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving products and services
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes using our pricing matrix
- Create digital apparel proofs and mockups using Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Coordinate orders with the production team to ensure that all ordered products are delivered accurately and on-time
- Find creative ways to develop new prospects
- Acquire a solid understanding of timelines and deadlines
- Manage calendar, project timeline and daily to-do list
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

Personality & Qualifications |

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional and energetic personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, agile and can think on your feet
- Responsible, reliable and on-time
- Extremely detail oriented
- Do it yourself mentality - if there's an issue, you troubleshoot, think independently, and problem solve

Software Requirements & Qualifications |

- Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Other Requirements |

- BA/BS degree required
- Must be able to work from our location in San Francisco (SOMA)
- Must be available 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Have internal desire to be the best you can be
