Who We Are Looking For |

Design Like Whoa is searching for a creative and energetic Sales / Design Associate who is passionate about casual wear and graphic tees. You're an Illustrator & Photoshop wiz with an eye for design. You've got a stash of witty slogans in your back pocket and have a passion for seeing your ideas come to fruition.

What You'd Be Doing |

You'll be providing amazing customer service in person, through email and on the phone. You have a solid grasp of the sales cycle and enjoy pleasing customers while closing deals. You'll work to build strong rapport with clients, who are some of the largest tech companies around, emerging Bay Area brands, and San Francisco locals.

You're driven, entrepreneurial, client-service focused and have a strong desire to grow with the company.

At Work You |

Design effective, print ready artwork with Photoshop or Illustrator
Create digital mock-ups using customer provided artwork
Interface with new and existing leads via email, phone, and in-person
Answer inquiries about the products and services we offer
Provide accurate and detailed quotes using our pricing matrix
Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving products and services
Execute warm leads to final sale
Find creative ways to develop new prospects
Manage the entire sales cycle. Prospect new business, develop opportunities and close sales
Acquire a solid understanding of timelines and deadlines
Manage calendar, project timeline and daily to-do list
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

Personality & Qualifications |

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive, professional and energetic personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable, agile and can think on your feet
Responsible, reliable and on time
Detail oriented
Do it yourself mentality - if there's and issue, you troubleshoot, think independently, and problem solve

Software Requirements & Qualifications |

Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Other Requirements |

BA/BS degree required
Must be able to work from our location in San Francisco (SOMA)
Must be available 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Have internal desire to be the best you can be
