ROLE πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»

- Become a leading expert on our platform
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from social media,references, digital campaigns, emails etc.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
- Presenting Demo and delivering information to potential customers successfully
- Answering potential customer questions and following -up on call /email questions
- Closing sales and Managing the sales process from lead to sign up
- Tracking weekly, monthly, quarterly performance along with sales metrics & reporting them
- Building pipelines with team members to close sales & Maintaining database CRM tool
- Perform 1:1 VIP on boarding with our customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work closely with Business department head to achieve goals.

**Experience**: 2+ years experience in a high-velocity customer-facing role, for example in sales, business development , client acquisitions, client development , or customer success preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance. You have deep interest in selling a product in the IT industry.

**Communication**: You can clearly explain complex topics in person and in writing. Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day **Empathy**: You understand how your customers succeed. You step into their shoes and show you care. Have the grit to handle rejections efficiently.
