We are growing our team and are seeking mature, experienced growth marketers to support our various Marketing initiatives at our Pune, WTC office.

What you need to be good at

Brand activation: In collaboration with the Founders, you’ll be devising the playbook for making DemandMatrix a household name among B2B marketers in the USA. And you’ll be responsible for executing that playbook.
You will be responsible for building a combination of Inbound & Outbound lead generation engine.
You’d need to create and execute Email nurture campaigns that get high responses.
You will be responsible to deploy successful Account Based marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution and further optimization to generate MQLs.
We’d like you to help us create the best ABM playbook ever.
Social media marketing (mainly FB, TW, LI) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Social media advertising (again, all the usual suspects).
We’re invested in HubSpot and want to get the most out of it. Working with the Content team to create originals that are aligned to campaigns and speak to our target audience.
On that note, you’ll use HubSpot to drive our marketing strategies across a variety of ICPs.
You’ll build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website, ad banners to case studies & Sales collaterals.
Optimize and maintain website to ensure it converts the visitors and promotes the brand. Wordpress is at the core of our customer-facing web presence and we want to do more with it.
You’ll have the freedom to come up with other creative growth strategies...your main function would be to build a Lead generation machine that uses a combination of Inbound + Outbound methods!

Qualifications :

A bit more about the ideal candidate:
You’ve complete your MBA in Marketing.
You’ve worked with a B2B Technology companies that preferably works in B2B Data, Business Intelligence/ BigData/ AI or ML technologies (Hi-tech industry).
You're proven as a Marketer in North American market.
You’re very metrics driven and you understand that throwing stuff against the wall, not knowing if it really sticks, just doesn’t cut it anymore.
You aren’t just looking to be told what to do. You are prepared to bring ideas, strategies, and clear execution proposals to the table.
You’re hungry to learn new things and be at the top of your game.
You’re an extremely hard worker and you get what it takes to turn early traction into enduring success.
You can work alone, or with others. You figure out what needs to be done and you do it.
You’re a problem solver, full stop.
