Demand Inc is looking for a smart, adaptable and capable Business Development Representative who can assist our customer success team and global customer base. The core function of this role is planning and executing cold email outreach, interacting with possible leads, and booking demos and meetings for our clients.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills, and mastery of English (Native/Advanced), specially written
• Logical and a self-starter (owner mentality)
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage various clients simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps
• Based in Colombia
• Prior interaction with English-speaking clients, and/or past experiences working or studying in the US/UK/Europe/Australia
• Background in account management, business development, sales, marketing a plus
• Recent grads and MBAs in business, communication, English, economics, liberal arts, and related fields will be considered
• Prior experience at a SaaS, or tech startup a plus
• Sense of humor
