Delve Health is a software development “start-up” company headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. We are currently launching a new Clinical Trial collaboration platform (powered by a mobile application) designed to connect the Sponsor, Investigator and Patient called StudyPal.

Looking for people that are passionate about patient engagement and have experience in clinical research

We need to complete a 90-day demo "blitz" - focused exclusively on life science organizations (public/ private) who execute multiple clinical trials per year.

Do you have standing relationships with life science organizations?
Do you have experience selling software solutions to life science?
Are you able to schedule a StudyPal "demo" with Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Operations, VP – Operations or Marketing Managers or related areas?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions...you could make some serious coin!

Quota - Commission - Bonus:

StudyPal is sold in a license “bundle” costing $24,950 (this is our minimum sale):

Individual sales goal is $200,000 during 90-day demo "blitz." (roughly 8 sales)
$100 per "qualified" StudyPal demo scheduled & executed
10% on first $75k of revenue (tier 1)
15% on second $75k of revenue (tier 2)
20% of all revenue achieved after $150k
plus, an additional $10,000 bonus to any rep exceeding $300k of revenue in 90 days!
This is a ground floor opportunity.

Short-term delivery targets
Team members will operate virtually, with weekly video conference meetings with VP – Sales & CEO
Successful candidates will be well positioned for full-time positions and equity participation
Product Offering: StudyPal is a mobile collaboration software platform designed to improve communication between Clinical Trial participants (Sponsor, Investigators & Patients). The solution is NOT a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) or Electric Data Capture (EDC) solution. Value proposition;

Training and Preparation: Delve Health will provide you with a web demo of the StudyPal platform and answer any questions so you will be able to make a proper pitch. We will also provide ongoing support, and closing resources to ensure the offering has been properly framed for the need.

Primary Function: Operate as part of a team for marketing, promoting and profitably selling products and services to new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new customers.
Work as a sales team member to develop a marketing strategy and plan.
Collaboratively develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions for maximum productivity and sales growth.
Implement individual sales plan to support sales and profitability goals.
Generate profitable sales orders.
Work remotely while maintaining a high degree of collaboration.
Makes personal sales calls.
Follow-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution.
Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
Maintains a professional/working image
Qualifications:

Proven record of business development and sales within Medical Device verticle.
Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in sales and marketing; or closely related field with three years of relevant sales and industry experience; or equivalent combined education and on the job experience.
Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
Technical fluency on social media platforms and basic CRM, as well as standard email and MS Office products.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations
Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, etc.
Requirements:

Must have a PC/ laptop with stable and functional internet.
Home office area, with full high-speed access and ability to run web cons and phone meetings professionally and reliably
Role is BYOD. Must have a functioning telephone.
