You are a hungry, enthusiastic workhorse responsible for strategically identifying, researching, and prospecting to generate leads and opportunities for our Sales Directors.

You're looking for a future role as a SaaS enterprise account executive, and Degree Analytics wants to fast track you to your goal.

You'll work closely with our Sales Directors, Partner Success executives, and development teams to educate college and university administrators on what actually drives their students to success and, ultimately, graduation. We are a first mover in the marketplace and growing rapidly.

If you are selected and perform well, you'll have the opportunity to join our quota-carrying sales leadership in as quickly as 12 months. To succeed, you'll need a passion for it, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly to what you see and hear in the marketplace.

While you can expect high levels of support from our Sales Directors, we also expect you to be the master of your own domain and for you to relentlessly pursue achieving your quota. Sales performance is well compensated for team members who consistently achieve and exceed quota and their personal development goals.

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify, research, and prospect key stakeholders and generate interest in meeting with our account executives
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
- Apply a consultative sales mindset to each discussion, guiding them to a vision and helping position Degree Analytics with prospects' strategic goals, and work with them to overcome challenges, objections, and inspiring action
- Work closely with Sales and Partner Success executives to generate key sales messaging and materials that resonate with potential partners

Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
- Strong telephone presence, experience making cold calls
- Exemplar verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage your time, multi-task, and prioritize
- Goal-driven, hungry, team-oriented self-starter that excels in competitive, high-speed environments
- Great positive energy and passion for bettering our education system

Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with Salesforce & Outreach
- Involvement with college co-curricular activities
- At least 1 year of SaaS sales experience
