DeepConverse is a Silicon Valley startup that is already helping large brands reduce customer support costs. We are seeing good reception in the market and are about to enter a high growth phase.
Key Roles:
You are an experienced business development representative who knows how to engage with senior CX and IT executives. You thrive at prospecting to unearth win-win opportunities for your company and customers and have the persistence, communication skills, and operational excellence to drive qualified sales opportunities. You love challenges and have a strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills.
What you will be doing:
• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)
• Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
• Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
• Evangelize DeepConverse through your outbound efforts
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified sales accepted opportunities
What experience are we looking for?
• You are well-versed in sales and marketing technologies
• Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience selling CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk etc will be a plus.
• Proactive mindset and upbeat personality, with strong organizational skills. You also like to have fun, think big, and take chances.
