Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Delivering against the revenue & sales targets for mypay.
Monitoring mypay’s business performance and drive resolution of issues that may arise.
Defining and implementing short- and long-term business strategy for the mypay market in coordination with the functions (Product, Support, IT, Marketing.)
Conducting regular business reviews with the team to review performance and identify new areas of opportunity.
Defining actionable solutions to meet merchant’s needs, leveraging a cross-functional team.
Developing and managing the sales team.
Conducting weekly forecasting meeting and coaching on strategies to create pipeline and drive closures

Key Requirements
Proven ability in building up and managing sales and business development teams.
Ability to juggle a large number of business deals and priorities.
Deep sales and influencing skills with a proven track record of success; ability to sell, internally and externally.
A team player with great interpersonal and communication skills. An excellent people manager, able to lead the local sales team and also to influence the functional teams and the peers in the other countries.
Problem solver with good intellectual, analytical rigor and quantitative analysis capabilities;
Ability to create a strong internal network with other functions and to influence other people’s thinking.
Strong knowledge of both of the Payment Industry and of the e-commerce market in the region.
Self-starter, results -and detail-oriented.
Quick learner, capable of understanding the intricacies of a complex product and a complex organization in a complex industry.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience in sales/business development at a major Payments or e-commerce company, or as senior manager within the merchant division of a key financial services company.
Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment. (Very important )
Experience with a CRM solution (like Zoho) and Web Conferencing Technology.
Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills.
Fluent in English.
Experience in working in an international environment.
Experience in Lead Generation.
