The Customer Success Manager will effectively manage customer relationships and drive new business for our top tier accounts. This position focuses on retaining existing business customers while up-selling additional products/features. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience with selling SaaS products.
What You’ll Do
Own the overall relationships with assigned strategic accounts, including: delighting customers, ensuring retention, and increasing adoption
- Help grow your strategic accounts through identifying and capitalising on upsell opportunities
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with the client and drive continued value of our products and services
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Respond to and resolve inbound support issues
- Advocate customer needs/issues at internal Product forums
- Stay on top of the latest trends, product updates, industry/regional updates to proactively share with your clients
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience (SaaS preferred) in a previous Customer Success or Account Management role where you increased customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Startup DNA: A quick learner seeking to continuously improve
- Self-motivation and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate with members of other teams across the organisation
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high pressure situations
