Sr. Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend developer to join Dataphi! As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and building server-side code for high performing platforms.

Dataphi also focuses on solutions in horizontal areas like DevOps and MLOps.

At Dataphi, we are focused on helping our customers onboard their Technology platforms and their customers the fastest with high quality. Though developer productivity has gone up, over time, it still takes significant time, effort and money for an organization to onboard its technology platform and customers. A recent survey conducted by us that had over 300 startups responding, indicated that, it takes a minimum of version 3.0 before a company is able to build a stable version that helps them to deliver services in a stable and sustained manner that also helps the scaling of business. There are several reasons for this. Primary among them are poor technology choices at the beginning, lack of technical skills among teams.

We are focused on mitigating the platform development risks of an organization using standard methodologies, robust foundational pieces and integration expertise. And our endeavour is to help customers build stable and agile platforms.

**Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, Develop and Deliver high-quality, scalable and secure cloud-based products
• Active participation in architectural, design and product discussions.
• Work closely with customers, FE Developers and QA
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements
• Stay updated with current best practices and adopt these practices and processes within the organization

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Python
• Proficient in frameworks like Django or Frappe
• Solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL)
• Experience building platforms using microservices architecture
• Proficient in version control tools, particularly Git
• Experience in continuous deployment/continuous integration tools
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Plus: Experience with container technologies (Docker) and DevOps tools
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BE degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field**

**Salary: ₹700,000.00 to ₹1,000,000.00 /year
