We at iZooto are now ready to transition from Founder-Led-Marketing to Beyond Founder Marketing. We are now floating the position of a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading iZooto’s marketing efforts across the board. You would be essentially replacing one of the founders who was leading this function until now.

iZooto is an owned audience marketing platform that helps publishers build, engage and grow their audience and in the process reduce their dependency on the likes of Facebook and Google. IZooto is one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in India. Over 15,000 marketers across the world leverage iZooto on a daily basis to push over 30B+ notifications. Every Month. We are a 57 people strong team based out of Noida. We are simple - no-frills set up.
The role will primarily span across 4 key headers -
Business Leadership: C-level advisory, cross-functional team leadership, business planning, organization design and championing strategic partnerships

Demand Generation: Leading overall demand generation efforts for our core markets and also managing SEO, Paid Marketing, Events, Branding, and public relations,

Product Marketing: Building, planning and executing the Go-to-Market strategy along with sales and product team. You would own product positioning, drive category creation efforts, and also drive sales acceleration and enablement.

Sales Enablement: Setting up the sales training process to ensure faster SDR ramp-up time. Building assets for sales, training, deal desk, owning the sales and marketing infrastructure, productivity and collaboration tools, and building the midmarket demand-gen playbook.

Here is what you would on a daily basis

Grow, lead and coach a fully-functional 6 people strong marketing team
Manage a cohesive, multi-faceted marketing strategy that aligns with our product strategy and business goals
Develop and execute both strategic and tactical plans to achieve topline targets, including
Category Creation: Creating and executing air game along with the founders to establish iZooto as a leader in the Owned Audience Marketing Category

In the First 30 Days, you would have

Tried the product and spoken with multiple teams to understand how the product works and is being used by customers across the globe
Met the sales and marketing team to understand the journey of a typical prospect in the funnel
Set up calls with our existing customers and shadowed sales reps and AE’s on demos as well.
Build a thorough understanding of our current positioning, category and our placement
Built along with the leadership team a GTM strategy for our focus markets

In the First 60 Days, you would have

Set up your hiring process and made your first hire
Set up marketing ops and processes to ensure that standard metrics are tracked and reported every week
Ensured that content marketing engine is working smoothly and would have outlined theme for the next quarter
Planned and executed your first set of demand generation campaigns
Overseen a major product rollout and worked with the team to manage the launch
Built a pipeline of growth experiments that you would execute along with the team to ensure

In the First 90 Days, you would have

Grown iZooto’s audience across channels - website, email, social
Clearly, attributed demand generation efforts to sales pipeline impact
Built a clearer view of the ICP and communicating that extensively with-in the org
Identified demand generation efforts that you want to double down upon
Executed your first tradeshow/event and started the air-game efforts to position iZooto as a category leader along with the founders

Requirements:

6+ years of experience or related experience defining and executing hypergrowth B2B marketing, demand generation and/or marketing operations, preferable at SaaS technology companies during a phase of hypergrowth
Experience managing budgets and hitting monthly goals, spending targets, and other KPIs through clearly defined matrixed and processes
Excellent communication skills with the hunger of becoming better at copywriting
Familiarity with agile in digital marketing and lead generation marketing and experience working in a fast-paced environment to continually push new initiatives forward
A creative thinker with proven ability to effectively execute integrated and streamlined marketing programs
A Massive Big Plus if you are an ex-founder.
