As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be part of our Operations Team and responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to Sales and Marketing head and would take charge of maintaining CRM and driving CRM adoption across teams.
Publish productivity reports for Account Executives, SDR’s
Managing and maintaining sales data in Hubspot.
Identifying loopholes in the process being followed by SDR and working with Salse leads to fill those gaps
Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators for SDRs, AEs, and ADs
Initiate and develop sales forecasting
Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives

You will excel if

2+ years of experience - 1+ in a sales role and 1+ in Sales Operations with a B2B SaaS Business
Power User of CRM - Salesforce or Hubspot
The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
