iZooto’s marketing team has been creating great content that attracts visitors across the globe. And in B2B SaaS, every site visitor is potentially worth 1000’s of dollars. The job of the lead development representative is fairly straightforward - Find out hidden gems from the pile of incoming leads, chats and visitors on our website and help the sales team build their pipeline. Your job is to make the sales folks successful.

We are now looking for a smart, self-motivated, marketer to join our marketing team and drive our demand generation efforts.

About iZooto
iZooto is an owned audience marketing platform that helps publishers and retailers build, engage and retarget their audience using web push notifications. We are also one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in India. We are now a 45 people strong team based out of Noida building world’s first owned audience marketing platform. We are simple - no-frills set up. We saw a clear opportunity with web push notifications and over the last 3 years, we have been able to carve out a niche for ourselves. Unfortunately, there is no romantic story here and that's what we are - straightforward, to the point and transparent about what we do and how we do it.

About the role
We’re looking for a talented and hungry full-time candidate to join iZooto’s Demand Generation team. If you enjoy conversing with people, love digging around and help people, you might be the right person to join us and experience the next level of demand generation.

This is a great opportunity for recent college grads. This position has the possibility to transition to an SDR and then to an AE. Here is what you would be doing -

In one month you'll
-Have spoken to dozens of customers (or listened to their calls)
-Have handled customer support to build an understanding of how our customers use our product
-Have used our product extensively, including building and engaging your audience using web push notifications and setting up an account for a new customer
-Have written a case study about one of our customers
-Have started talking with people visiting our website
-Have built your first chatbot
-Meet with key members of our sales, product and customer success team
-Setting up a process for leads to flow to SDR’s and AEs.

By month 3 you'll
-Have taken complete ownership of iZooto chat on the website and would be constantly chatting to someone or the other
-Have converted over a dozen visitors conversations into qualified leads
-Have mastered the iZooto product and a deep understanding of the media/martech industry
-Have an uncanny ability to kickstart a conversation with anyone and everyone.

By month 6 you'll
-Have closed a whole bunch of customers over just a chat
-Build a deep understanding of our customer needs and how our product solves their problems
-Know the magic that connects our product with our customers and embed that into every launch you manage, content you write and conversation you have

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
-You have strong writing and storytelling skills. Examples of your work will help a lot here.
-You can research, dig beyond what’s on the surface and uncover the truth
-Brownie points if you’re a marketing or sales nerd, and you eat, breathe and sleep this stuff.
