The Role

Dante Labs is an international company operating in the field of biotechnologies based in L'Aquila and New York. Our mission is to revolutionize biotech services and make them accessible to everyone. We
are looking for valid, enterprising and motivated people to work together.
The customer care specialist will operate at the L'Aquila site and will play a key role in the success of the platform. Responsibilities will include managing requests that reach our company through different channels, social media management, management support and marketing.

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
• Languages: excellent written and spoken English (level B2 or Major), preferred native speaker
• IT skills: familiarity with email, internet and Office tools or equivalent
• Previous work experience valued positively
