At DanaMojo, we have developed India’s first payment solutions platform especially for NGOs, providing an easy and convenient way for donors to give and for NGOs manage these donations.

Over the last 3 years months we have emerged as the largest online donation platform for NGOs in India and have onboarded 800+ NGOs.
As the Head – Payment Solutions Platform (NGOs), you will basically lead all our efforts for our Payments Platform – from sales, marketing to operations and delivery. You will head all our NGO side activities with primary responsibility of business development, sales & marketing. You will manage the operations team that will onboard NGOs to our platform and service them.

We are looking out for a person who can captain our ship and crew. Understand and adapt to the nature and functioning of our organisation. Get the juices in the brain flowing and be on their feet to ensure smooth functioning of our start up. The role will be challenging and needs a person who can take on the heat and not crack at pressure. You have to be flexible to be available round the clock to provide support holistically as we are a start up and we believe in sustained growth through rigour and passion.

Ideally you should have experience in sales / business development and team management. We are looking at folks who are strong both in selling to the customer and servicing them. And we are looking at folks with connection to the social sector for whom this is more of a passionate endeavor than simply a job. We want this role to start a journey for you that brings purpose to your life.

This is a senior level position reporting directly to the CEO. You will be #2 in the organization with P&L responsibility and, so we are looking for candidates with maturity. While number of years of experience is not the most important thing, significant achievement in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, operations and team management is important and will be judged for. In due course of time, this position will transition to a Co-Founder position for the right candidate with significant equity stake.

Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of experience.
Please note that this role is NOT for freshers.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Overall heading our Payment Solutions Platform team – both sales & operations.
• Responsible for Lead Generation, Inside Sales, NGO Onboarding and NGO/Donor Support for our Payment Solutions Platform.
• Will serve as the Key Account Manager, and will be the first point of contact for resolving escalated concerns from the NGOs.
• Should be able to find out the bottlenecks and stoppages in the existing processes in the organisation, and offer tangible solutions.
• Work with the CEO closely, in periodic review and streamline the day to day activities and employees’ performance.
• Will be responsible for managing & recruiting team as required for replacement / growth.
