The Role
We are a cloud service IT company looking to hire customer service representatives to answer calls and provide tech support. Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative (CSR) or in a call center is a plus. The responsibilities include: (1) entering problem details into data systems; (2) analyzing complex and dynamic processes; (3) provide tech support and help customer solve problems.
A brief outline of the qualifications required for this position:
1. Answer inbound telephone calls from members, customers,
and potential clients
2. Must have strong writing and verbal skills;
3. Must be comfortable talking on the telephone;
4. Must be task-oriented;
5. Must have high standards of quality and accuracy;
6. Must be able to solve new or unfamiliar problems;
7. Must pay attention to detail;
8. Must be comfortable handling repetitive work without becoming impatient;
9. Must have a strong ability to follow-up;
10. Must be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment.
11. Better to be tech savvy and doesnt afraid handling technical related information
