We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to join the B2B Solutions team in expanding our custom research business with premium end clients!
The journey that awaits you:
+ Build strong relations with the world’s leading consumer goods companies and manage partnerships along the entire funnel, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals and expanding accounts.
+ You will join an open, diverse and international team with a laid back, non-hierarchical culture and great office space.

Your challenge:
+ Represent Dalia to the outside world, be an evangelist of new, agile research methods, speak at conferences and trade shows, and hold (pitch) presentations for key decision-makers.
+ Work closely with the content marketing, research and design teams to develop all relevant B2B collaterals: product presentation decks, client meeting and sales training material, case studies, white paper ideas, product landing page, editorial copy, etc.
+ Liaise closely with product teams to feed market intelligence and product features back into the development process to develop highly automated research solutions.
Your profile includes:
+ Minimum 5 years marketing and sales experience within an international business environment, preferably in new business development or client success for the B2B sector.
+ Hands on experience developing demand and lead generation campaigns for enterprise level clients.
+ Proven ability to take significant business line ownership, defending decisions around strategy, scope and quality.
+ 100% customer focus: you always act with your customers in mind, enjoy interacting with them as much as possible, and constantly seek to better understand their needs.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset: energetic, ambitious and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You have a strong inner drive to get things done, are able to work autonomously in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment, you possess a natural sense of urgency to set and deliver against tight deadlines.
