Senior Operations Manager - Delivery

Your Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day delivery and logistics operations and KPIs, includes:

1. Rider Acquisition (Outreach, Recruitment and Onboarding) ; AND/OR
2. Rider Management (Loyalty & Retention and Quality & Performance Training), as well as, Inventory Management

• Coordinate with Country Head for day-to-day escalated issues around rider performance, disciplinary and related matters
• Prepare daily data collection and reporting of rider KPIs and disciplinary metrics
• Develop strategies & tactics to achieve KPIs and problem solve
• Be involved with strategic projects to enhance the delivery experience by 10x
• Develop and/or optimize SOPs and processes to ensure operations are efficient
• Ensuring problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
