Engineering Coach

'A Master Engineering Coach works with leadership to help teams adopt consistent, disciplined DevOps delivery capabilities. They partner with the business and technical teams in order to translate tactical and strategic objectives into workable IT solutions. They advise the organization on toolchains and automation approaches and strategies. They have experience providing DevOps training, coaching and mentoring to executives, senior leaders, product management and teams. '
Work with leadership teams to help adopt consistent, disciplined DevOps delivery capabilities
•Instill DevOps values and principles
•Provide DevOps training, coaching and supporting for leadership teams and pods
•Advise, assess and recommend DevOps toolchains
•Implement DevOps toolchains along with automation approaches and strategies
•Work with other Master Agile Coaches to deliver consistent Agile & DevOps practices across the program

Requirements:
'10+ years experience using DevOps practices to deliver products and services
•5+ years training and coaching enterprises and teams in using DevOps
•5 years using DevOps to support large-scale transformations
•Industry recognised DevOps certifications**

Required Experience:
•Developed deep understanding of DevOps processes, frameworks principles and practices
•Configured and deployed DevOps tools and pipelines
•Developed ability to suggest toolchain and automation approaches and strategies
•Developed ability to assess and recommend tools and DevSecOps approaches that would be beneficial for the client organizations
•Developed understanding of AWS/Azure/OpenShift cloud platforms and containerizations
•Transformed teams/organizations to DevOps ways of working
•Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills
•Demonstrated planning and co-ordination skills
•Demonstrated stakeholder management
•Demonstrated strong coaching skills
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, adaptability to thrive within diverse environments and cultures

Nice to have:
•Infrastructure and/or FSS experience
•Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
•SAFe DevOps Practitioner Certification
•Other certifications such as ICAgile, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, CEC, PSM, PAL
