The Role

At Cuvva we are passionate about changing how insurance works and very excited to be looking for UX Researcher to help us to achieve our vision and goals. We are working on many different ideas, some of them are in the concept & discovery stage, this is an incredible opportunity for an inquisitive and analytical UX Researcher to with keen interest to understand the behaviour of users across multi-platforms to join our Product Team.

A big part of this role will focus on gathering and analysing insights about our users from a variety of research methods, including surveys,interviews, log analysis, usability studies, diary studies and ethnographic observations. We are looking for a great communicator to present the findings of the full customer discovery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Work with Product Owners, Product Analysts and Design Teams to understand the business requirements and objectives to determine the type, size and scope of user research projects and drive the research agenda
Continuously creating questionnaires, survey programming, fielding and monitoring data collection, analysis, report development, and presentation of results.
Help develop and maintain UX/UI testing standards and guidelines for methodology usage, testing materials, test planning, recruiting and test preparation.
Identify trends and interpret insights into potential design and innovation opportunities and solutions.


About You
A Degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science
Approximately 1 year experience as a Product Researcher, customer discovery manager or academic researcher
Experience of facilitating full customer discovery lifecycle
Comfortable in designing online behavioural analysis and user testing
An understanding of creating personas, customer journey maps and process flows
Confident in interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of internet marketing or social media marketing
Continuously striving to learn more
