We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Boston. We’re looking for a sales-driven person that is entrepreneurial and is looking for an opportunity to grow and make real impact.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, business development and user base growth. This is a a super exciting role for a smart, results-oriented and driven person.

The role:
- Generate new leads and build a pipeline of new customers
- Guarantee growth rate performance
- Conduct product demos and demonstrate how we add value to our customers
- Prepare proposals and conduct sales process
- Carry out integration of the new clients with product development team
- Set up sales automation and CRM tools

What we’re looking for:
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Success in seeking business opportunities in new market environments
- Hands-on and result-oriented personality
- Enjoy autonomy and responsibility
- Ability to cope with change
- Self-motivated, strongly driven and ambitious
- Museum or art history related background is a plus, but not required.

- 3+ years of sales and business development experience
- Evidence of success in building a sales pipeline and closing deals
- Managerial experience with a technology product in the digital space
- Demonstrated experience in leading small to medium sales teams
