Monthly unique visitors to the site have gone from 4 million to nearly 20 million, cross-platform social followers have increased from 1 million to 7 million, and app downloads have leapt from 50,000 to 2 million. Culture Trip videos have been viewed more than 2 billion times. Culture Trip, founded by Dr Kris Naudts, has been named by Forbes as one of the fastest-growing companies to watch.

About You
We are looking for an organised individual with extensive market research and project management experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager (China), you will liaise with multiple teams across different management levels in Shanghai and London to conduct market research and analyses, share industry insights, and assist in ideating business plans. An ardent communicator with an expressed interest in the ever-evolving tourism landscape, you will be a crucial part of Culture Trip’s expanding operations in China.

Main Responsibilities 
- Assist the General Manager (China) in sourcing travel industry news for China and in conducting product research and analysis
- Facilitate efficient and effective communication between the market research and user experience teams in Shanghai and London
- Translate key industry texts and compose newsletters for internal communication

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of research experience at travel agencies, think tanks or investment banks
- Demonstrably strong research, data analysis and communication skills
- Demonstrably proficient user of Microsoft Suite/G Suite 
- Native Mandarin Chinese speaker; fluent in communicative English (written and spoken)
- Overseas education and/or work experiences at international environments preferred
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a high degree of integrity and personal responsibility

相关能力和经验:
- 3年及以上的市场分析和调查经验(旅游公司、智囊团、投资银行背景优先考虑)
- 能够娴熟地运用微软Office办公软件 和/或 谷歌办公软件
- 中文母语水平,英文书写和口语熟练者优先
- 有海外教育 和/或 国际工作经历者优先
- 富有责任感,工作态度认真、方式灵活,对工作内容抱有热情
