A recent Series B funding injection from PPF Group of $80 million has further propelled rapid growth. Monthly unique visitors to the site have gone from 4 million to nearly 20 million, cross-platform social followers have increased from 1 million to 7 million, and app downloads have leapt from 50,000 to 2 million. Culture Trip videos have been viewed more than 2 billion times. Culture Trip, founded by Dr Kris Naudts, has been named by Forbes as one of the fastest-growing companies to watch.

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to help build a world-class team in a high-growth environment.
Our business is continuously evolving in ways it hasn’t done before, and our Recruitment Partner will play a big part in helping shape that evolution from a people perspective.

You will support the team by identifying the hiring requirements across the business, partnering with Technology teams, being responsible for the recruitment cycle, managing the process, leading to successful hires. Working in our People team, you will have the opportunity to grow your exposure to all areas of Recruitment and HR, through a number of ad hoc projects.
This role would suit a highly motivated, flexible and hands on candidate who enjoys working in a busy environment.


Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading the full life cycle of the hiring process and make it the most effective way.
* Build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities
* Experienced in sourcing with excellent knowledge of social media and other candidate platforms
* Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication and leading successful recruitment
* Hold outstanding relationships with your R&D hiring managers and talents, in order to collaborate together
* Take ownership of the recruitment process at Culture Trip, marrying efficiency with quality
* Build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities
* Analyse recruitment metrics and optimize processes where necessary
* Work in tandem with HR and Recruitment team to support the hyper growth for the business on the People front

Desired Skills & Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in high-growth, innovative, tech organization
* Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment - recruiting for Tech, Product and Data roles.
* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment and passion for people.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, as to communicate professionally with employees, members of the senior management team, and with potential candidates
* High level of English - written and verbal.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Studies, Psychology, Human Resources
