It is an exciting time at Cultivate! We just raised our Series A round of funding led by Trinity Ventures. We are looking for our first Sales Director to lead the growth of our GTM team.

As a Sales Director (Enterprise), you'll be working closely with the entire founding team to build our enterprisesales operations. The ideal candidate will own the process for building new business relationships, and driving qualified opportunities through the pipeline. Typical responsibilities might include:

- Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Generating revenue and working closely with select Channel Partners to successfully sell the Cultivate solution.
- Prospecting: proven track record of penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business.
- Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
- Building a business case and establish value: develop and present proposals to customers with information that demonstrates the ability of the Cultivate solution to meet the customers’ business objectives.
- Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.

* 5+ years of demonstrated success in a customer facing sales role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.
* Comfort in working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals.
* Very comfortable presenter of technical and business material to both small and large groups.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to travel.
* Highly disciplined, accountable and a self-starter.
* Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, full of ambiguity and opportunity.

* Industry knowledge and experience selling into the HR Technology space with prior contacts.
