Inside Sales

Job Description
You will be responsible for calling on leads given by Cuemath, explaining our educational
product for higher grades, to potential parents and converting them. This job requires end to
end ownership of inside sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
1.Evaluate incoming leads.
2. Process them, call and pitch to convert
3. Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction.
4. Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed.
5. Balance customer interests with the interests of Cuemath
6. Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business needs.

Desired Profile
1. Prior over-phone people interaction experience, international or domestic
2. Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening
3. Excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience
4. Identifying persona and profile of a prospect.
5. Aptitude and attitude to sell.
6. Clear communication and proficient articulation


Skills Required:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.
2.Strong written and verbal communication in English Language
3. Analytical mind & attention to detail.
4. Exceptional people evaluation skills
5. Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.

Qualifications:
Graduate or any other Post Graduate Degree
