We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. This includes an immersive development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building mathematical aptitude.
There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemath’s mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.
We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.

Job Summary
The intern is responsible for enabling new certified teachers to set-up their centre digitally and on-ground. Major role and KPI of AM is to kick start the center of all certified teachers of Cuemath by providing 1 non-self child. This could be done by first analysing the landscape in and around the teacher locality and running appropriate and customized on-ground activities/promotional events. Though majorly, it will be through converting the parent by visiting the center of a teacher. The process will be similar to incubating a new center of Cuemath. Apart from this, intern might also need to support the team to get enrollments for other set of teachers.

Key responsibilities
Doing Landscape analysis for the certified teacher and deciding the appropriate path to growth i.e. promotional event for the teacher, or any affiliates, or any other mechanism.
Enabling teachers to kick start their centers by tracking they have done set of tasks which is required for starting the center.
Helping teachers on ground with pitching to potential parents to enroll in their center and training teachers as well to do the same.
Conclusion: Intern will be allotted with some number of teachers center, and he has full responsibility to develop business for that center.

Skills Required

Strong communication, networking and persuasion capabilities
In-depth knowledge of the education industry and its current events
Sales Planning, Prospecting and Territory management skills.
Has passion for Selling with resilience and persistence. Need to be Gritty.
Go-getter with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box.
Prior experience with startups, strong hold on kannada language, a bike to commute is highly desirable.

Significant learning in Sales.
Will have sound knowledge on how to expand and develop the business for any business entity.
All new cuemath centers of teachers are like a new business being set up by the teacher in the locality and we need to make it profitable. Hence, you will be developing strong entrepreneurial skills.
