This is a unique role. We're looking for a generalist to drive efforts in marketing, content, and growth. To be effective in this role, you must be a self-starter, a strong leader, comfortable with ambiguity and able to switch between many hats in a day. Nothing is above or below you and you work hard. You strike the right balance of creative and analytical. This role has no ceiling, and is an incredible opportunity for the right person.

What you'll do:

• Short and long-term strategic planning for everything content – event discovery, calendars, integrations, and partnerships
• Identify growth opportunities within the communities created in Cue
• Translate insights into valuable product and business recommendations
• Partner with the design, engineering, and product teams to identify and implement new content and growth opportunities
• Manage Cue's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in community management, content strategy, product marketing, or growth roles at a consumer tech or media company
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Good taste and an eye for design
• Desire to create world-class experiences
• A love for tackling tough challenges
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Prior experience with digital and social media
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• You're aware of modern trends and identify opportunities for growth
