CTO.ai (workable.com/nr?l=https://cto.ai/) is the future of Developer Operations. We are positioning ourselves as the leaders in the DevOps community, by enabling development teams to easily adopt automation into their workflows in order to streamline processes and increase repeatability. Our tool allows any developer to create and implement workflow automations or Ops, across their entire team via a command line interface. This means any developer can contribute towards DevOps through a mix of custom-built and community-contributed workflow automation, regardless of their prior DevOps experience.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to help drive growth and generate top of funnel leads, with a particular focus on qualified leads. You will also engage in prospecting and enable our team to spend more time selling to qualified leads.

What You’ll Do:

* Represent CTO.ai at industry events and conferences
* Maintain a strong ROI around all funnel generating activities
* Understand the needs and goals of each prospect in order to best align them with the appropriate resources or internal teams for follow-up
* Work with Management and other members of the Sales Team to reliably meet and exceed quotas to fuel a valuable sales pipeline

Requirements

About You:

* 2+ years of B2B experience in a Software Industry
* You are comfortable with engaging prospects from first touch to first call
* You demonstrate strong time management and presentation skills
* You enjoy working in a startup and a fast paced environment
* You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty with both clients and internal technical teams
* Self-motivated and have an insatiable desire to learn and improve in the work you do
* You can identify what you need to do to help your team succeed and keep engagement high
* You cannot walk away from a problem until you solve it perfectly
* You don’t depend on a formal education to teach you what you need to know
* You like to work hard, but appreciate working smart is more important
* Plus: you are experienced with using HubSpot
